Management of bilaterally missing mandibular central incisors

چکیده

The present case report describes the interdisciplinary management of a patient with increased overbite and overjet, Angle’s Class Ⅰ malocclusion, bilateral agenesis mandibular central incisors microdontia upper lateral incisors. 18-year-old female had convex profile, maxillary dentoalveolar protrusion mild spacing in anterior region. Therefore, treatment consisted fixed appliance therapy, followed by replacement one lower incisor an endosseous implant supported prosthesis aesthetic build-up method has significantly improved patient’s facial dental aesthetics provided good functional occlusion, despite absence incisor.
